We are currently hiring an experienced MEP Engineer to join our team in Bahrain. If you have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance and enjoy working in a fast-paced engineering environment, we would love to hear from you.
This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage maintenance activities, supervise technical teams, solve site-related issues, and ensure all engineering works are carried out smoothly and professionally. Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily MEP maintenance and operational activities
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance projects and repair works
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues efficiently
- Carry out preventive maintenance (PPM) to ensure systems operate smoothly
- Support civil, electrical, and plumbing works when required
- Monitor technicians and ensure work is completed on time and according to standards
- Prepare daily reports and update management on work progress
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide technical support when needed
- Ensure safety procedures and maintenance standards are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering or maintenance
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance
- Good leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Valid Bahrain or GCC driving license is required
- GCC experience will be an added advantage
