What You Will Be Doing
As a Foreman, you will play an important role in keeping daily site operations running smoothly. You will be responsible for supervising workers, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is carried out according to project requirements and safety standards.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Supervising construction workers and assigning daily tasks
- Monitoring site progress and ensuring work is completed on schedule
- Coordinating with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Ensuring construction work meets quality and safety standards
- Managing manpower, materials, and equipment at the site
- Maintaining discipline and productivity among the workforce
- Reading and understanding construction drawings and site instructions
- Reporting daily work progress to management
- Identifying site issues and helping resolve them quickly
- Ensuring the worksite remains safe and organized at all times
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking professional with practical construction site experience and the ability to lead teams effectively.
Preferred candidates should have:
- Previous experience working as a Foreman in construction projects
- Good knowledge of civil construction and site supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate site activities efficiently
- Understanding of safety procedures and construction standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- GCC experience will be an added advantage
