Full-Time Graphic Designer Job in Dammam | Printing and Packaging Company
Job Description
We’re looking for a creative and detail-focused Graphic Designer to join our Printing & Packaging Company in Dammam (Eskan area). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with print designs, packaging artwork, and production layouts—and who takes pride in seeing their designs come to life on real products.
If you’re comfortable using Adobe design tools and have experience preparing artwork for printing, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating and preparing artwork for packaging materials, labels, cartons, and printed designs. You’ll work closely with the production team to make sure every file is print-ready and meets quality standards.
This is a hands-on creative role where attention to detail really matters. You’ll take designs from concept to final production, making sure everything looks great and is technically correct for printing.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Designing packaging artwork, labels, boxes, and printed materials
• Preparing print-ready files using Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe tools
• Creating layouts for cartons, stickers, branding items, and marketing prints
• Making sure files are set up correctly for printing (colors, resolution, bleed, etc.)
• Adjusting designs based on client feedback and production needs
• Working closely with the printing team to ensure accurate results
• Keeping brand visuals consistent across different projects
• Managing multiple design tasks while meeting production deadlines
• Supporting prepress work and helping during print approvals
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in printing or packaging
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Good understanding of print production and artwork preparation
• Familiarity with packaging layouts and basic die-lines is a plus
• Creative eye with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle several projects at once
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
