Job Description
We are searching for a Plumber with hands-on experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works for commercial buildings, residential towers, shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, warehouses, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of water supply systems, drainage systems, sanitary systems, piping works, pumps, valves, plumbing fixtures, and general building maintenance activities. Candidates with previous experience in facilities management, MEP maintenance, or construction projects will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works for buildings and facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair water supply systems, drainage systems, sanitary systems, pipelines, pumps, valves, and plumbing fixtures
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to schedules
• Install and maintain pipes, fittings, sanitary fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and plumbing accessories
• Ensure smooth operation of plumbing and drainage systems within facilities and buildings
• Conduct routine inspections and identify plumbing maintenance requirements or operational issues
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, supervisors, engineers, and facility management staff
• Maintain service reports, inspection records, maintenance checklists, and technical documentation
• Support emergency plumbing maintenance and urgent repair activities when required
• Ensure all plumbing work is completed according to safety standards and company procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Plumber
• Strong experience in plumbing maintenance and repair works
• Good knowledge of plumbing systems, drainage systems, sanitary systems, piping works, and building maintenance operations
• Hands-on experience with pumps, valves, pipelines, and sanitary fittings
• Ability to identify and resolve plumbing faults efficiently
• Experience in facilities management, MEP maintenance, commercial buildings, or construction projects preferred
• ITI or equivalent qualification required
• GCC/Qatar experience will be an added advantage
• Candidates with transferable visa/NOC and immediate joining availability are preferred
