About the Role
As our Civil Site Engineer, you’ll take care of day-to-day site work and help make sure construction activities are carried out properly. You’ll work alongside subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to keep everything on track — from checking drawings to monitoring progress on site.
This position suits someone who likes hands-on work and takes pride in delivering quality results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising daily construction activities on site
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
- Making sure work follows drawings and specifications
- Keeping an eye on site progress and sharing updates
- Checking materials and supporting site documentation
- Assisting with inspections and consultant coordination
- Helping solve day-to-day site issues
- Making sure safety and quality standards are followed
What We’re Looking For
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Some site experience is preferred
- Ability to read drawings and understand basic technical details
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn and grow on construction projects
