Full-Time Hiring Client Success Manager – FMCG / Retail Experience Required
Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced Client Success Manager who knows how to build strong client relationships, lead a team, and turn insights into real business growth. If you’ve worked in FMCG or retail and enjoy working closely with clients to improve performance and results, this role could be a great fit for you.
In this position, you’ll take ownership of key client accounts, guide the Client Success team, and make sure every client receives consistent, high-quality service. You’ll be working closely with different departments, using data and practical strategies to improve client satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and supporting the Client Success Team across different accounts and business areas
- Getting a clear understanding of each client’s business, goals, products, and market position
- Keeping a close eye on client satisfaction, retention, and overall performance
- Managing accounts based on factors like sales performance, profitability, and growth potential
- Spotting challenges early and offering practical, effective solutions
- Creating and updating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on client needs and market trends
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly
- Following up on action plans and making sure targets and expectations are met
- Working with IT teams to provide clear and useful KPI reports and dashboards
- Suggesting smarter, automated ways to improve reporting and efficiency
- Keeping client data updated, including product details, planograms, and reporting systems
- Looking for ways to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and new opportunities
- Preparing business review presentations with clear insights and recommendations
- Checking data accuracy through regular audits and KPI reviews
- Training client teams on systems and reporting tools when needed
- Managing contracts, renewals, and proposals
- Making sure company strategies are properly implemented to improve service quality
- Following up on payments and keeping accounts financially on track
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing is a plus)
- At least 5 years of experience in Client Success, FMCG, Retail, or Account Management
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer success strategies
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A practical, data-driven approach to decision-making
- Good time management and problem-solving skills
- A customer-focused mindset with flexibility and a proactive attitude
