Full-Time Hiring Experienced Factory Manager for Sweets Manufacturing Company
Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Factory Manager to join our team. We are searching for someone who can confidently handle daily factory operations, manage production activities, lead staff, and ensure that every product meets the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in traditional Bahraini sweets and food production, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. This position is best suited for someone who understands how to manage a fast-paced factory environment while maintaining efficiency, cleanliness, and product consistency.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the factory
- Supervise production processes and ensure smooth workflow across all departments
- Manage factory staff, monitor performance, and maintain a productive working environment
- Ensure all sweets and related products are prepared according to quality standards
- Maintain proper hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness throughout the factory
- Plan and organize production schedules to meet daily and monthly targets
- Monitor stock levels, raw materials, and production requirements
- Identify and solve operational issues quickly and effectively
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth factory operations
- Reduce production delays and minimize material wastage
- Ensure machinery and equipment are used properly and maintained regularly
- Maintain discipline, teamwork, and operational efficiency within the workplace
Requirements
- Proven experience in traditional Bahraini sweets and related food products
- Previous experience in factory management or food production supervision
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Good knowledge of food production processes, hygiene standards, and quality control
- Ability to manage daily factory operations efficiently
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Well-organized, responsible, and committed to work
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a busy production environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in sweets factories, bakeries, or food manufacturing companies
- Knowledge of production planning and factory workflow management
- Familiarity with food safety standards and manufacturing procedures
