We’re looking for a Factory Supervisor / Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah. This is a full-time role for someone who enjoys staying organized, working closely with production teams, and making sure daily factory operations run smoothly.

About the Role
As our Factory Supervisor / Coordinator, you’ll help manage day-to-day factory activities. You’ll keep track of materials, support production work based on drawings, coordinate visitors, and prepare simple daily updates for the team.
This position is ideal for someone who likes being involved on the factory floor and takes pride in keeping everything running in order.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Receiving materials and keeping stock records updated
- Coordinating visitor access and factory appointments
- Supervising production work according to approved drawings
- Preparing daily production updates and sharing reports
- Handling basic factory and administrative tasks
- Requesting materials and following up on deliveries
- Keeping records organized using Microsoft Excel
- Supporting production teams and communicating progress to management
What We’re Looking For
- Well-organized, dependable, and responsible
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and basic computer tools
- Able to read and understand simple drawings
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Factory or site experience is a plus
- Able to communicate in English, Arabic, and Hindi
- Willing to take responsibility and work as part of a team
