About the Role
As an HR Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day activities of the HR department. From assisting with recruitment and onboarding to maintaining employee records and supporting payroll preparation, your work will help ensure a smooth and professional employee experience.
You’ll work closely with managers and employees while making sure HR processes are organized, accurate, and compliant with company policies.
What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Posting job vacancies and screening CVs
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents
• Assisting new employees during their joining process
HR Administration & Employee Records
• Maintaining and updating employee files in HR systems and physical records
• Ensuring all documentation is complete and confidential
• Handling daily HR administrative tasks and correspondence
Visa & Payroll Support
• Assisting with visa applications, renewals, and terminations
• Coordinating with PRO when required
• Supporting payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave, and overtime details
Reporting & Compliance
• Coordinating training sessions and performance appraisal schedules
• Preparing HR reports such as headcount and recruitment updates
• Helping ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Supporting HR projects and internal initiatives
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
• Arabic speaker – mandatory
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR systems
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
