Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced and proactive HSE / Safety Supervisor to support ongoing construction and industrial projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This role is perfect for someone who truly cares about workplace safety, feels confident leading site teams, and has solid experience managing health, safety, and environmental activities on active project sites.

About the Role
As our HSE / Safety Supervisor, you’ll be on the front line of site safety. You’ll guide safety officers, support site teams, carry out inspections, and make sure all work is completed in line with Saudi regulations and company HSE standards.
You’ll also help identify risks, prevent incidents, and build a strong safety-first culture across all operations. Your experience will play a key role in keeping people safe and projects running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading daily HSE activities across project sites
• Making sure all operations follow Saudi safety regulations and company policies
• Carrying out regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Delivering toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions
• Supporting and guiding safety officers and site teams
• Monitoring unsafe acts and conditions and taking immediate action
• Investigating incidents and near misses, then helping implement corrective actions
• Preparing HSE reports and maintaining safety documentation
• Supporting emergency planning and drills
• Promoting continuous improvement in site safety performance
• Helping management with HSE planning and reporting
What We’re Looking For
• 7–10 years of HSE supervisory experience inside Saudi Arabia
• Currently available in Riyadh
• Ready to join immediately
• Must hold original safety certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOSH
• Strong knowledge of construction and industrial safety practices
• Experience leading safety teams on live project sites
• Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Comfortable working on a rental / hourly basis only
