Job Responsibilities
As a Management Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising daily housekeeping and cleaning activities
- Managing janitors, cleaners, and housekeeping staff efficiently
- Preparing duty schedules, shift plans, and manpower allocations
- Conducting regular inspections of offices, washrooms, common areas, accommodations, and facilities
- Ensuring all cleaning activities meet hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
- Monitoring the proper use of cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment
- Coordinating waste disposal and pest control activities
- Maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies and consumables
- Training staff on cleaning procedures, workplace safety, and HSE guidelines
- Handling operational reports, attendance records, and inspection reports
- Coordinating with clients, facility teams, and management to meet operational requirements
- Ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility management, housekeeping, or cleaning supervision
- Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, housekeeping procedures, and safety practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to manage teams, schedules, and daily operations effectively
- Familiarity with HSE regulations and facility management standards
- A professional attitude and the ability to work under pressure
