About the Role
As a Mechanical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, meeting clients, understanding project requirements, and providing suitable engineering solutions. The role requires both technical knowledge and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and contractors.
You will work closely with the engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project coordination and successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the HVAC and cooling systems sector
- Meet clients, consultants, and contractors to understand project needs
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Promote mechanical products and engineering solutions to potential clients
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to support project execution
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals
- Provide professional after-sales support and customer service
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical sales or technical sales
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling networks, and mechanical equipment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle clients professionally and work independently
- GCC experience will be an added advantage
- Valid driving license preferred
