We’re currently looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to join our construction team and support ongoing building projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working on site, leading teams, and making sure Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works are completed safely, smoothly, and to a high standard.

About the Role
As an MEP Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. You’ll work closely with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to keep installations on track while maintaining quality and safety throughout the project.
Your role will be key in coordinating teams, solving site issues, and ensuring projects move forward as planned.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising daily Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities on site
- Making sure installations follow approved drawings and project requirements
- Coordinating with engineers and subcontractors to meet timelines
- Monitoring workmanship and ensuring safety procedures are followed
- Planning daily tasks and managing site manpower
- Supporting inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover stages
- Identifying site challenges early and helping find practical solutions
- Tracking progress and sharing updates with management
- Ensuring materials are used properly and work areas stay organized
- Assisting with basic reporting and site documentation
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience working with building MEP systems
- Strong practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting works
- Experience supervising technicians and site workers
- Ability to read drawings and manage site execution
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Commitment to quality work and site safety
