We’re currently looking for a dependable and well-organized Assistant Accountant CUM Personal Assistant to join our team in Bahrain. This role is a great fit for someone who can comfortably handle a mix of accounting work, admin tasks, logistics coordination, and personal assistance—all while staying professional and detail-focused.
If you’re someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting management, and making sure daily operations run smoothly, you’ll feel right at home in this role.
About the Role
You’ll be working closely with the management team, supporting both financial and administrative tasks. From preparing BOQs and quotations to managing schedules and handling communications, your role will be essential in keeping everything on track.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing BOQs, quotations, and pricing details accurately
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, invoices, and financial records
- Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping and documentation
- Coordinating logistics, deliveries, and supplier follow-ups
- Managing calendars, meetings, and appointments for management
- Handling emails, phone calls, and official correspondence
- Preparing reports, documents, and presentations when needed
- Assisting with personal and confidential tasks for management
- Arranging travel plans, hotel bookings, and itineraries
- Keeping files, records, and documents well organized
- Taking care of general office duties like data entry, scanning, and coordination
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Experience in accounting, BOQ preparation, and quotations
- Background in logistics or coordination work
- Ability to handle multiple tasks without losing attention to detail
- Professional attitude with strong confidentiality and reliability
- Comfortable using MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must be currently based in Bahrain
- Ready to join immediately
- Only Philippine nationality can apply
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
- Previous work in construction, trading, or logistics companies
- Strong document formatting and reporting skills
