Full-Time Hiring Planning Engineer in UAE | Primavera P6 Experience Required
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to become part of our growing construction and fit-out team in the UAE. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about project planning, scheduling, coordination, and delivering projects successfully within timelines.
The candidate will be responsible for preparing project schedules, monitoring site progress, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring all activities are aligned with the planned project timeline. We are searching for a professional who can work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment and contribute to the successful completion of projects.

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Monitor project activities and track overall site progress
- Identify delays and coordinate with project teams to maintain planned timelines
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers for accurate project updates
- Assist in planning manpower, resources, and project activities
- Support payment applications and progress measurement processes
- Review project performance and help improve planning efficiency
- Maintain proper project planning records and documentation
Requirements:
- Preferred Indian candidates
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- 4 to 5 years of experience in construction or fit-out projects
- Experience in UAE or GCC projects is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel
- Good understanding of project scheduling, BOQ, construction sequences, and progress tracking
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
