About the Role
In this role, you will take responsibility for managing architectural and construction-related projects throughout their lifecycle. From the early planning stages to design development and final delivery, you will ensure that projects stay on track and meet both technical and design expectations.
You will act as the central point of coordination between design teams, consultants, contractors, and clients, making sure communication remains clear and that project tasks move forward efficiently.
The role also involves monitoring project progress, reviewing drawings and documentation, organizing project schedules, and helping teams resolve any issues that may arise during the project.

- Manage architectural projects from concept development to final completion
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and construction teams
- Oversee design development, project documentation, and technical drawings
- Monitor project schedules, timelines, and key milestones
- Ensure that projects meet design standards and client expectations
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication between stakeholders
- Identify and address design or technical challenges during project execution
- Ensure that all work follows building regulations, safety standards, and project requirements
- Guide project teams and support them in achieving successful project outcomes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Experience: At least 12 years of professional experience in architecture or project management
- Licensure: Registered Architect (RA) is preferred
- Strong understanding of architectural design processes and construction practices
Technical Skills
Candidates should be comfortable working with the following tools:
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Microsoft Project
Experience with project coordination tools and design collaboration platforms will also be beneficial.
