We’re currently looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Engineer to join our construction team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on site, coordinating architectural works, and making sure building projects are delivered with quality and attention to detail.

About the Role
As a Senior Architectural Engineer, you’ll be responsible for managing architectural activities across active construction projects. From reviewing drawings and coordinating with consultants to supervising finishing works on site, you’ll play a key role in ensuring everything is completed according to approved designs and standards.
You’ll work closely with project managers, contractors, and site engineers to solve architectural issues, track progress, and support smooth project delivery from start to handover.
This position suits someone practical, organized, and comfortable working in a busy site environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Review architectural drawings and make sure they are correctly followed on site
- Coordinate daily with consultants, contractors, and site teams
- Supervise architectural and finishing works such as flooring, ceilings, partitions, joinery, and façade elements
- Check materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards
- Support shop drawing reviews and material approvals
- Attend site meetings and inspections
- Help resolve architectural issues with practical site solutions
- Prepare progress updates and basic technical reports
- Support snag-list closure and final handover activities
- Monitor architectural progress and report to management
- Ensure safety and quality procedures are followed during architectural works
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- Solid experience working as a Senior Architectural Engineer on construction projects
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and finishing works
- Experience coordinating site activities and managing architectural details
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working independently and with project teams
