Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Structural Analysis and Design

- Verify structural member capacity and ensure design compliance
- Ensure the structure meets required engineering standards and project specifications
Structural Modeling and Evaluation
- Create 3D structural models in STAAD
- Analyze structural performance under different load conditions
- Evaluate stability, strength, and load distribution
- Review and optimize structural member sizes where necessary
Engineering Calculations and Reports
- Prepare clear and accurate structural calculation reports
- Document design assumptions, analysis results, and recommendations
- Provide technical support and suggestions for structural improvements
- Ensure all calculations and documentation are professionally prepared
Coordination and Technical Support
- Review engineering drawings and technical project information
- Work with project teams when clarification or coordination is required
- Ensure structural designs follow relevant design codes and safety standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Proven experience working as a Structural Engineer
- Strong working knowledge of STAAD structural analysis software
- Good understanding of structural design principles and engineering calculations
- Experience in steel and reinforced concrete structure analysis
- Ability to prepare accurate calculation reports and technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to complete tasks within tight deadlines
