Full-Time Hiring Warehouse Supervisor – Furniture Warehouse Operations Role
Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with furniture industry experience only to take charge of our daily warehouse operations. This role is perfect for someone who understands furniture handling, inventory control, and team supervision — and who is comfortable being hands-on on the warehouse floor.

About the Role
As our Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for everything happening inside the warehouse — from receiving and storage to picking, dispatch, and inventory accuracy. You’ll also work closely with the showroom team to manage customer furniture, display items, and transfers.
This is not a desk-only role. We’re looking for someone who leads from the floor, supports the team, and keeps operations running smoothly every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch
- Managing warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks, and planning manpower
- Making sure stock is received correctly and properly recorded
- Coordinating with the showroom team for customer furniture and display transfers
- Ensuring furniture items are handled, stored, packed, and protected carefully
- Checking stock accuracy through regular counts and audits
- Monitoring damages, shortages, and discrepancies and reporting them on time
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Following SOPs and supporting ERP system entries
- Helping with loading, deliveries, and basic operational reporting when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of warehouse experience in the furniture industry (mandatory)
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Senior Storekeeper
- Strong knowledge of furniture handling, stacking, packaging, and damage prevention
- Experience using ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on warehouse work
- Responsible, organized, and able to lead a team
