Job Description
We’re on the lookout for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Riyadh. If you’ve been searching for HR jobs in Saudi Arabia and have a strong grip on local HR systems and regulations, this could be a great fit for you.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day HR operations while also contributing to the bigger picture—building a positive workplace, ensuring compliance, and supporting employees throughout their journey with the company. We’re especially interested in someone who is confident working with platforms like Aiwa, Museum, GOSI, COC, Abshir, and Medad, and who can communicate comfortably in both Arabic and English.
What We’re Looking For
- Bangladeshi or Indian nationals
- At least 5 years of HR experience, ideally within Saudi Arabia or the GCC
- Hands-on experience with Saudi government portals such as Aiwa, Museum, GOSI, COC, Abshir, and Medad
- Solid understanding of Saudi labour laws, Saudization (Nita at), and compliance requirements
- Comfortable communicating in both Arabic and English
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certifications like CIPD or SHRM are a plus
- Strong people skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
- Well-organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks without losing track
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full employee journey, from hiring and onboarding to exit procedures
- Making sure all HR practices are fully aligned with Saudi labour laws and company policies
- Handling employee contracts, benefits, and any workplace concerns or disputes
- Keeping employee records accurate and up to date using HR systems
- Coordinating with government platforms for iqama processing, renewals, visas, and transfers
- Supporting employee performance, engagement, and development initiatives
- Monitoring Saudization requirements and helping with workforce planning
- Preparing and submitting reports through Aiwa, GOSI, Museum, and other systems
- Working closely with management to improve HR processes and overall efficiency
