About the Role
As an HR Officer, you’ll be involved in the complete employee journey—from hiring the right talent to supporting them throughout their time with the company. You’ll work closely with both employees and management, making sure everything runs smoothly and professionally.
What You’ll Be Doing
🔸 Recruitment & Hiring
- Post job openings, review CVs, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews and support the hiring process from start to finish
- Work with team leaders to understand hiring needs
🔸 Employee Onboarding & Exit Process
- Help new employees settle in with smooth onboarding and proper guidance
- Handle documentation, orientation, and company policy explanations
- Manage exit procedures and ensure proper handover and clearance
🔸 Employee Relations
- Be a friendly and reliable point of contact for employees
- Handle concerns, resolve issues, and maintain a positive work atmosphere
- Encourage open communication between employees and management
🔸 Attendance & HR Records
- Keep accurate records of attendance, leave, and employee details
- Ensure all documents are well-organized and up to date
🔸 Payroll Support
- Assist with salary processing by tracking attendance, leaves, and overtime
- Coordinate with accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments
🔸 Training & Development
- Support training sessions and help employees improve their skills
- Encourage learning and growth within the organization
🔸 Policies & Compliance
- Make sure company policies are clearly followed by everyone
- Stay updated with labor laws and ensure everything is compliant
🔸 Performance Support
- Assist in performance reviews and feedback processes
- Help managers track employee progress and development
🔸 General HR & Admin Support
- Handle day-to-day HR and administrative tasks efficiently
- Keep operations smooth and well-coordinated
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR tools
- Someone who is responsible, approachable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
