Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced HR Officer who can support daily HR activities and help ensure smooth employee services within the organization. This role is a great opportunity for someone who already has hands-on experience with HR operations in Saudi Arabia and is comfortable working with government HR platforms and employee documentation processes.

The ideal candidate will be someone who communicates well, stays organized, and understands how important HR is in supporting both employees and management. In this position, you will be responsible for handling employee records, assisting with HR processes, and ensuring that all HR procedures are completed properly and on time.

About the Role

As an HR Officer, you will support the HR department in managing everyday HR operations and employee services. Your work will help ensure that employee records, contracts, and HR documentation are handled accurately and in line with company procedures.

A major part of your role will involve working with government HR portals that are used for employment services in Saudi Arabia. You will also assist with employee onboarding, documentation management, and general HR coordination.

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Manage employee onboarding, including collecting documents and updating HR records
  • Coordinate employee offboarding procedures and ensure proper documentation
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts and related HR documents
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
  • Process employee services through Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and other government portals
  • Assist employees with HR-related questions and documentation requests
  • Ensure HR documentation and processes follow company policies and procedures
  • Keep track of important HR updates such as contract renewals and employee records
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR data
  • Support HR reporting and help keep HR records organized and updated

Key Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid background in HR operations and HR administration
  • Hands-on experience working with:
    • Qiwa Platform
    • Muqeem
    • Absher
    • Employment Contract Management systems
    • Other government portals related to HR and employee services
  • Ability to manage employee documentation and HR records efficiently
  • Experience handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of Saudi labour law is considered an advantage
