We’re currently looking for an experienced and dependable HR Supervisor who can take ownership of day-to-day HR activities and help create a well-organized, positive workplace. If you enjoy working with people, handling HR processes, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, this role could be a great next step in your career.
In this position, you’ll be involved in everything from recruitment and employee support to compliance and HR systems. You’ll also work closely with management and play an important role in building a structured and supportive work environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily HR activities, employee records, and documentation
- Supporting hiring processes, including shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding
- Managing employee exits and ensuring smooth offboarding processes
- Handling government platforms like GOSI, Qiwa, and Absher accurately and on time
- Assisting with performance reviews and employee development activities
- Supporting employee relations and helping resolve workplace concerns
- Making sure all HR practices follow Saudi labor law and company policies
- Preparing reports, maintaining HR data, and keeping records up to date
- Coordinating with different departments to support overall business needs
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Around 5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or a similar role
- Good understanding of Saudi labor law and HR systems like GOSI, Qiwa, and Absher
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A professional and approachable attitude when dealing with employees
- Ability to handle confidential information with care and responsibility
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general HR tools
