Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Supervisor to join our team and manage day-to-day HR activities. This role is ideal for someone who understands Saudi HR practices well, can lead a small HR team, and support both project sites and head office operations smoothly.

About the Role
As an HR Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, guiding HR staff, and making sure all HR activities follow Saudi Labor Law and company policies. You’ll play a key role in employee relations, recruitment coordination, and maintaining smooth HR and administrative processes across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing daily HR activities and supervising HR team members
- Ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies
- Handling employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievances
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
- Managing government and HR platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Absher, and Mudad
- Supporting project sites and head office with HR and admin needs
- Preparing HR reports and providing workforce updates to management
- Coordinating with finance and operations teams for smooth workflow
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–7 years of HR experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance
- Practical experience using Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Absher, and Mudad
- Experience in construction, EPC, or project-based environments is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Comfortable using MS Office and HRMS / ERP systems
- Arabic is mandatory; professional English is required
