Full-Time HSE Officer Job Opening | Aramco Approved Candidates Only
Job Description
We’re urgently looking for an experienced Safety Officer (Aramco Approved) to join a long-term project in Jafurah. If you have solid hands-on experience in site safety, HSE procedures, and oil & gas or construction environments, this is a great chance to be part of a major project with immediate joining.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping the worksite safe and fully compliant with Aramco standards and HSE regulations. You’ll be actively involved on-site, making sure safety procedures are followed, risks are controlled, and everyone goes home safe every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping a close eye on all site activities to ensure safety rules are followed
- Making sure all work aligns with Aramco safety requirements and HSE standards
- Carrying out regular site inspections, audits, and safety checks
- Identifying risks early and taking action before they become issues
- Ensuring workers are using the correct PPE at all times
- Leading toolbox talks, safety briefings, and inductions
- Monitoring high-risk tasks like working at height, lifting operations, confined space work, and hot work
- Investigating incidents or near misses and preparing clear reports
- Managing safety documentation, permits, and compliance records
- Coordinating with engineers, supervisors, and workers to maintain a safe environment
- Supporting emergency procedures and safety drills when required
What We’re Looking For
- Aramco Approved Safety Officer – this is mandatory
- At least 7 years of experience in safety roles within oil & gas, construction, or industrial projects
- Strong understanding of HSE systems, risk assessments, and site safety practices
- Experience working with permit-to-work (PTW) systems
- Valid Chamber attested certificates and required documents
- Certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are a big plus
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage site safety confidently
- Ready to join immediately
