Full-Time HSE Safety Officer Vacancy | Construction Industry Jobs
Job Description
We are currently looking for experienced and committed Safety Officers to join our team. If you have a solid background in construction safety, HSE practices, and workplace safety compliance, this is a great opportunity to be part of a professional and growing organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for making sure that all site activities are carried out safely and in line with established health and safety standards. Your day-to-day work will involve monitoring site conditions, guiding workers on safe practices, and ensuring that all safety procedures are properly followed.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of experience in construction safety or HSE roles
- Good understanding of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and site safety procedures
- Practical experience in risk assessment, hazard identification, and safety inspections
- Ability to handle incident reporting and accident investigations
- Familiarity with PPE requirements and emergency safety procedures
- Basic knowledge of safety documentation and reporting
- Strong communication and coordination skills
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping a close watch on daily site activities to ensure everything runs safely
- Carrying out regular safety inspections and risk assessments
- Making sure all workers follow proper safety procedures and use PPE correctly
- Conducting toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions
- Investigating incidents or near misses and preparing clear reports
- Working closely with supervisors and project teams to maintain a safe work environment
- Maintaining proper records of safety checks, reports, and compliance document
