About the Role
In this position, you’ll play a key role in growing our ICT and ELV business. You’ll be out in the market meeting clients, identifying new opportunities, and working closely with our technical team to offer the right solutions. From the first call to closing the deal, you’ll manage the full sales journey and make sure clients feel supported at every step.
Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Find and develop new business opportunities for CCTV, Access Control, Security Systems, ELV, and ICT solutions
- Generate leads through networking, market research, cold calling, referrals, and face-to-face meetings
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, system integrators, and end clients
- Understand client needs clearly and work with the engineering team to prepare practical technical and commercial proposals
- Present solutions confidently and answer client questions in a simple, clear way
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and commercial terms to close deals successfully and profitably
- Follow up regularly with clients and manage your sales pipeline effectively
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
- Keep an eye on market trends, competitors, and new technologies to stay ahead
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in ICT, ELV, or security systems sales or business development
- Good understanding of CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Structured Cabling, and ELV solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-driven attitude with a focus on results
- Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities at the same time
- Willingness to meet clients regularly and represent the company professionally
