About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and analysing structural systems for buildings and infrastructure
- Reviewing drawings, calculations, and technical documents with a sharp eye
- Making sure all work follows international engineering standards and safety codes
- Collaborating with different teams to keep projects running smoothly
- Visiting sites when needed to provide guidance and solve real-time challenges
- Supporting and mentoring junior engineers in the team
- Finding smarter, more efficient engineering solutions where possible
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Around 5–10 years of hands-on experience in structural engineering or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of design standards and engineering practices
- Experience with tools like ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, or similar software
- Familiarity with AutoCAD (Revit/BIM knowledge is a bonus)
- Someone who communicates clearly, thinks practically, and works well with others
- A professional who can manage responsibilities and deadlines with confidence
