Job Description
We are currently hiring an experienced Site Supervisor for industrial HVAC Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in HVAC systems, refrigeration troubleshooting, airflow balancing, ventilation systems, and industrial cooling operations within GCC projects.
This position is best suited for someone who can confidently manage site activities, supervise technical teams, troubleshoot HVAC performance issues, and ensure efficient operation of industrial and commercial cooling systems under demanding site conditions.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) activities on-site
- Diagnose and handle issues related to VAV box actuators and airflow performance
- Identify HVAC system conflicts, including re-heat coil issues affecting cooling efficiency
- Troubleshoot refrigeration systems, compressors, and condenser fan amperage problems under high desert temperatures
- Optimize duct static pressure and improve airflow through proper fan and balancing adjustments
- Resolve insulation sweating, condensation, and water dripping issues within duct systems
- Coordinate with technicians, engineers, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor HVAC system performance and ensure efficient cooling operations
- Maintain proper reporting and ensure all site activities are completed according to project requirements and safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in HVAC Testing and Balancing (TAB)
- Strong knowledge of industrial HVAC systems and refrigeration diagnostics
- Experience in airflow balancing, ventilation systems, and industrial cooling solutions
- Ability to independently manage site supervision and technical troubleshooting
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Valid Saudi Arabia driving license is mandatory
- Immediate joining candidates will be preferred
Preferred Experience
