Job Description
We’re looking for a confident, driven, and experienced IT Business Development Manager to join our team. If you have a strong background in IT solutions, system integration, and enterprise infrastructure projects—and enjoy building relationships and closing deals—this could be the right role for you.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll play a key role in growing the business by identifying new opportunities and developing long-term client relationships. You’ll focus on large-scale and multi-site IT projects, working closely with technical teams to present the right solutions and drive consistent revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Finding and developing new business opportunities from lead generation to deal closure
- Creating and executing sales strategies for IT infrastructure, networking, CCTV, and integrated solutions
- Building strong relationships with enterprise clients, consultants, and government organizations
- Preparing professional proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
- Working closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are accurately positioned
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- 7–8 years of solid experience in IT business development or system integration sales
- Good understanding of the KSA market, MOI standards, and enterprise IT solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to generate leads independently and close high-value projects
- A valid Saudi driving license is preferred
