We’re on the lookout for a capable and dependable IT Engineer / IT Support Engineer to join our team in Riyadh as soon as possible. If you enjoy solving technical issues, supporting users, and keeping systems running smoothly, this role could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for everyday IT support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting users with desktop, laptop, and system-related issues (L1/L2 support)
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network problems
- Setting up and maintaining Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 accounts
- Installing and updating Windows operating systems and required applications
- Managing printers, scanners, and other office IT equipment
- Assisting with network-related tasks like IP configuration, DHCP, and DNS
- Creating and managing user accounts (Active Directory experience is a plus)
- Providing both remote and on-site support when needed
- Keeping records of IT issues, fixes, and system updates
- Coordinating with vendors for repairs or new equipment when required
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone practical, proactive, and easy to work with:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Good understanding of Windows systems, Office 365, and basic networking
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
- Clear communication and a helpful attitude when dealing with users
- Experience in IT helpdesk or desktop support will be valuable
- Must have a transferable Iqama (mandatory)
- Ready to join immediately or on short notice
