Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on and technically confident IT Technician to join our team and support LED screen systems and related IT infrastructure. If you enjoy working with hardware, solving technical problems, and being involved on-site with modern display technology, this role could be a great fit for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting LED screens, video walls, and digital display systems. You’ll work with both hardware and software, provide technical support when issues arise, and ensure systems are running smoothly in commercial or institutional environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing and setting up LED screens, video walls, and digital display systems
- Troubleshooting LED modules, controllers, processors, and power supplies
- Configuring sending and receiving cards along with control software
- Carrying out routine maintenance, testing, and calibration
- Providing on-site and remote technical support as needed
- Diagnosing network and signal issues (LAN, fiber, HDMI, DVI, SDI)
- Keeping service reports and system documentation up to date
- Coordinating with vendors and installation teams when required
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or degree in IT, Electronics, or a related field
- Practical experience with LED display systems or AV technology
- Good understanding of LED control systems and software
- Basic knowledge of networking and signal transmission
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring layouts
- Comfortable working on-site and at heights when necessary
- Strong troubleshooting skills with clear communication
