Job Description
We are currently looking for a seasoned Security Manager to take charge of site security operations. If you have solid experience managing security in large-scale industrial or construction environments, this role offers a great opportunity to step into a leadership position on major projects.
Role Overview
As a Security Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety of people, assets, and project sites. This isn’t just about supervision — it’s about building strong systems, leading teams effectively, and staying ahead of potential risks in a fast-paced project environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Plan and implement effective security strategies across project locations
- Lead and supervise on-site security teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Carry out risk assessments and proactively address potential threats
- Monitor and manage CCTV, access control systems, and site surveillance
- Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and company policies
- Work closely with local authorities and emergency services when required
- Handle incident investigations and maintain accurate reports
- Conduct security training and awareness sessions for staff
- Support project teams by maintaining a safe and secure work environment
What We’re Looking For
- At least 10 years of experience in security management, ideally within oil & gas or construction
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams confidently
- Practical knowledge of modern security systems and risk management practices
- Someone who can stay calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions
- Good communication and reporting skills
Additional Advantages
- Experience working on oil & gas or EPC projects
- Prior exposure to GCC / Middle East projects
- Certifications in Security Management, HSE, or Risk Management
