Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated, safety-focused, and proactive Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team and support major construction and industrial projects across the Kingdom.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in scaffolding supervision, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of safety regulations and scaffolding standards. You will play a key role in ensuring all scaffolding activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a professional who takes pride in maintaining high safety standards and has the confidence to lead scaffolding teams on site. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and safety personnel while ensuring all scaffolding operations are completed to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Valid TUV Certification in Scaffolding Supervision is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor on construction or industrial projects.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding erection, dismantling, modification, and inspection procedures.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, scaffold plans, and project specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Valid transferable Iqama is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all scaffolding activities, including erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffold structures.
- Ensure scaffolding works are carried out according to approved plans, project requirements, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and certify scaffolding systems before they are handed over for use.
- Lead and coordinate scaffolding teams to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with site engineers, project managers, and HSE personnel to maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions to prevent incidents and delays.
- Maintain records of inspections, permits, and daily scaffolding activities.
- Ensure scaffolding materials and equipment are properly maintained and used according to approved procedures.
