Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Officer to join our team in Jeddah. If you enjoy working with numbers, keeping things organized, and making sure everything is accurate, this role could be a great fit for you.
In this position, you’ll be handling day-to-day accounting tasks, keeping financial records in order, and supporting the finance team with reporting and compliance. Your work will play an important role in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keep financial records and ledgers accurate and up to date
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Carry out bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting
- Make sure all work follows company policies and VAT regulations
- Assist with audits and tax-related documentation
- Use accounting software like Tally, Odoo, or ERP systems for daily tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Familiarity with accounting tools such as Tally, Odoo, or ERP systems
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in a finance or corporate accounting environment
- Knowledge of VAT regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Exposure to audits and financial reporting processes
