Job Description
We are urgently hiring an experienced and ARAMCO-approved Scaffold Supervisor for long-term industrial projects in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a dedicated professional with strong experience in scaffolding supervision, industrial safety standards, and oil & gas project operations.
The selected candidate will be working on major projects located in Japura, Marjane, and Riyadh. This role is ideal for candidates who have previously worked on ARAMCO projects and are confident in managing scaffolding teams, maintaining safety compliance, and ensuring smooth site operations.

About the Role
As a Scaffold Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all scaffolding activities at the project site. Your role will involve supervising scaffolders, ensuring all work follows ARAMCO safety standards, conducting inspections, and coordinating with project and safety teams to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate should be able to manage daily site activities independently while ensuring all scaffolding work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise scaffolding erection, dismantling, and modification activities
- Ensure all scaffolding work complies with ARAMCO and site safety regulations
- Conduct routine site inspections and identify safety risks
- Coordinate with engineers, safety officers, and project supervisors
- Monitor scaffolding materials and ensure proper usage on site
- Maintain daily reports, inspection records, and work documentation
- Lead scaffolding teams and ensure work is completed within project timelines
- Promote safe working practices and proper use of PPE at all times
Requirements
- Must have valid ARAMCO approval as Scaffold Supervisor
- Previous experience in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or industrial construction projects preferred
- Good understanding of scaffolding systems and industrial safety procedures
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work independently in demanding project environments
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects will be an added advantage
