We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Maintenance Manager to join our manufacturing team. This role is perfect for someone who understands plant operations, enjoys leading technical teams, and knows how to keep machines and systems running smoothly with minimal downtime.

About the Role
As a Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities across the facility. Your focus will be on preventive maintenance, quick breakdown response, team supervision, and ensuring equipment reliability to support continuous production.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing daily maintenance operations for machines, equipment, and utilities
- Planning and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Leading and supervising mechanical and electrical maintenance teams
- Responding quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime and production loss
- Working closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations
- Managing spare parts, tools, and maintenance inventory
- Ensuring all maintenance work follows safety rules and company standards
- Preparing maintenance reports and supporting improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience working as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing setup
- Background in beverage, FMCG, food manufacturing, plastic, or marble & granite industries
- 5–10 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Ability to handle pressure and manage priorities effectively
