Job Description
We’re a Jubail-based industrial material trading and contracting company, and we’re currently looking for a Manpower Coordinator to join our team.
If you’re someone who enjoys organizing, coordinating people, and making sure the right workforce is in the right place at the right time, this role could be a great fit for you—especially if you have experience in industrial, oil & gas, or construction environments.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll be handling day-to-day manpower coordination for ongoing projects. From understanding client requirements to arranging workforce deployment, your role will be essential in keeping operations running smoothly.
You’ll be working closely with clients, site teams, and internal departments, making sure everything is aligned and manpower needs are met without delays.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating manpower requirements for different projects
- Communicating with clients to understand their workforce needs
- Arranging mobilization and deployment of workers to project sites
- Keeping track of manpower availability, attendance, and allocations
- Supporting recruitment by coordinating candidate sourcing and selection
- Managing basic documentation like gate passes, IDs, and onboarding records
- Assisting project teams with urgent manpower needs and replacements
- Maintaining clear communication between site teams and management
What We’re Looking For
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Some experience in manpower coordination, recruitment, or HR support
- Familiarity with industrial or construction projects is a plus
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi or Malayalam is an added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Indian candidates are preferred
