Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Marketing Executive to help grow our business. If you enjoy promoting services, meeting clients, and finding new opportunities—especially in the construction or industrial field—this role could be a great match for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll focus on building the company’s presence in the market. You’ll work closely with the management and operations teams to generate leads, strengthen client relationships, and turn opportunities into confirmed projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and pursue new marketing and business opportunities
- Promote company services through meetings, site visits, and regular follow-ups
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Research the market to find new leads and potential projects
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations
- Keep clear records of leads, discussions, and results
- Support management in planning and executing marketing strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing or business development
- At least 2 years of experience in the construction field is required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and secure projects
- Self-driven, target-focused, and comfortable working independently
- A valid driving license is an advantage
