Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Executive who can confidently handle clients, bring in new projects, and grow with us in the competitive MEP and electromechanical sector in Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you won’t just be promoting services — you’ll be building relationships, identifying real opportunities, and turning them into successful projects across electrical, HVAC, and plumbing works.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be actively involved in expanding our presence in the construction and fit-out market in Saudi Arabia. Your day-to-day will include meeting clients, understanding their requirements, and positioning our services in the best possible way.
- Finding and developing new business opportunities in MEP, construction, and fit-out projects
- Promoting our core services including Electrical, HVAC (AC), and Plumbing systems
- Meeting contractors, consultants, and decision-makers to generate quality leads
- Visiting project sites and attending meetings to stay close to ongoing opportunities
- Preparing clear and professional quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
- Following up consistently and converting leads into confirmed projects
- Working closely with our technical team to ensure smooth project execution
- Negotiating and closing deals while maintaining profitability
- Keeping track of your pipeline, targets, and market trends
- Building long-term relationships that lead to repeat business
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and understands how the MEP market in Saudi Arabia works.
- 2–5 years of experience in MEP marketing, electromechanical sales, or construction business development
- Good technical knowledge of Electrical systems, HVAC, and Plumbing works
- Familiarity with tendering, BOQs, and project-based sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently manage clients and close deals
- Existing network in the Saudi construction industry is a big plus
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
