We are currently hiring a talented and results-driven Marketing Officer for our real estate project. This role is ideal for candidates who have a passion for property marketing, digital campaigns, and lead generation in real estate.
As a Real Estate Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in building brand visibility, attracting potential buyers, and supporting the sales team through effective marketing strategies. You will be actively involved in both online and offline marketing activities, ensuring maximum exposure for property listings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement real estate marketing strategies to promote projects
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, Google Ads, and property portals
- Generate and qualify leads through online and offline marketing channels
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion and client engagement
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and promotional content
- Conduct market research to identify real estate trends and competitor strategies
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms
- Organize property promotions, events, and client presentations
Key Requirements:
- Arab nationality (Egyptian or Yemeni preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in real estate marketing / property marketing jobs preferred
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation
- Familiarity with real estate platforms and CRM tools is an advantage
- Creative thinking with strong analytical and organizational skills
