Job Description
We’re looking for a practical and detail-oriented MEP Quantity Surveyor to support our small project works. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with AutoCAD, understands MEP drawings, and can handle quantity take-offs with confidence.
If you have hands-on MEP QS experience and prefer working on focused, fast-moving projects, this could be a great fit for you.
About the Role
As an MEP Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for preparing quantities directly from AutoCAD drawings and supporting basic cost and documentation work. You’ll work closely with engineers and the project team to ensure accuracy and smooth project execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing MEP quantity take-offs from AutoCAD drawings
- Checking drawings to understand scope and measurements
- Supporting BOQs and basic cost estimates
- Coordinating with engineers and project teams
- Assisting with simple billing and documentation work
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working as an MEP Quantity Surveyor
- Comfortable using AutoCAD for quantity take-offs
- Good understanding of MEP systems and drawings
- Ability to work independently on small projects
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
