Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Safety Officer to join an ongoing Oil & Gas project in Abqaiq. If you have strong HSE knowledge, hands-on site experience, and valid Aramco approval, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career in one of the region’s most demanding industrial sectors.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about workplace safety, understands Aramco regulations, and can confidently manage site safety operations in fast-paced project environments. The ideal candidate should be capable of maintaining high safety standards, preventing workplace incidents, and ensuring all workers follow proper HSE procedures at all times.
This role is best suited for professionals who have previously worked on Oil & Gas, EPC, refinery, petrochemical, shutdown, or industrial construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Aramco Approval
- NEBOSH IGC Certification
- First Aid & BLS Certification
- Valid Iqama and Ajeet
- Strong understanding of HSE standards and workplace safety regulations
- Experience conducting toolbox talks, safety inspections, and risk assessments
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day site safety activities
- Ensure all workers follow HSE procedures and company safety policies
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards
- Organize toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions
- Maintain proper HSE reports and documentation
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment on site
- Support the team in maintaining a safe and accident-free workplace
