Full-Time NEBOSH Safety Officer Jobs for Aramco Projects
Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and responsible Safety Officer to join our team for ongoing Saudi Aramco and major industrial projects in Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for safety professionals who are passionate about maintaining high HSE standards and creating a safe working environment across industrial and construction sites.
The selected candidate will play an important role in ensuring that all site activities are carried out safely and in compliance with company policies, Saudi Aramco regulations, and international HSE standards. Candidates with previous experience in oil & gas, refinery, EPC, shutdown, maintenance, or industrial construction projects are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures and HSE regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify unsafe acts or hazardous conditions
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions for workers and staff
- Carry out risk assessments and support safe work planning on site
- Ensure workers are using proper PPE and following safe work practices
- Report incidents, unsafe conditions, and near misses to management
- Maintain safety records, reports, and inspection documents
- Coordinate with supervisors, project teams, and client safety representatives
- Support the implementation of a strong safety culture across the project site
- Ensure all work activities are carried out according to Saudi Aramco safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer
- Previous experience working on Saudi Aramco projects is mandatory
- Good knowledge of HSE standards, industrial safety procedures, and risk control measures
- Ability to conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections, and risk assessments independently
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent will be preferred
- Experience in industrial construction, oil & gas, refinery, shutdown, or EPC projects will be an added advantage
