We’re currently looking for a skilled and detail-focused CAD Operator to join our team and support ongoing roads and highways infrastructure projects. About the Role
As our CAD Operator, you’ll be responsible for creating accurate drawings that support road and highway construction projects. You’ll work closely with civil engineers and project teams to prepare layouts, update designs, and make sure everything meets project standards and timelines.
This position suits someone who is organized, technically confident, and comfortable working in a fast-moving project environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings for roads, highways, and civil infrastructure works
- Assist engineers with alignment drawings, profiles, cross-sections, and layouts
- Update drawings based on design changes and site feedback
- Make sure all drawings are accurate, clear, and well-organized
- Maintain drawing files and revision records
- Coordinate with project teams to support smooth design delivery
- Review drawings before submission to ensure quality
- Support basic measurements and quantity checks when required
- Follow project standards and meet drawing deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a CAD Operator or AutoCAD Draftsman, preferably in roads or infrastructure projects
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Ability to read and understand civil engineering drawings
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Experience in civil or infrastructure companies is a plus
- Reliable, organized, and deadline-focused
