We’re currently looking for an experienced and dependable Carpenter Supervisor to join our construction team in Qatar.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on carpentry experience and enjoys leading site teams. If you’ve worked in the Gulf and are confident managing daily carpentry activities on construction projects, this could be a great next step in your career.
About the Role
As our Carpenter Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all carpentry work on site. From managing workers to checking quality and keeping projects on schedule, you’ll play an important role in delivering strong results.
You’ll work closely with site engineers and project managers to plan manpower, follow drawings, and make sure every task is completed safely and correctly. This is a practical, site-based role where leadership, experience, and attention to detail really matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supervising daily carpentry and formwork activities on site
• Leading carpentry teams and assigning tasks based on project needs
• Reading drawings and ensuring work is done according to specifications
• Maintaining high quality standards for shuttering and finishing works
• Coordinating with engineers and site management
• Monitoring materials and requesting site requirements
• Making sure safety rules are followed at all times
• Managing manpower to meet project deadlines
• Reporting daily progress and site issues to management
• Keeping work areas organized and professional
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of Gulf experience as a Carpenter Supervisor
• Strong practical knowledge of carpentry, shuttering, and formwork
• Ability to lead workers and manage site activities confidently
• Comfortable reading construction drawings
• Responsible, organized, and team-focused
• Committed to quality workmanship and site safety
