We’re on the lookout for a passionate and creative Marketing Executive (Arabic Speaker) to join a premium standalone restaurant and bar located within the premises of a prestigious 5-star hotel in Abu Dhabi.

About the Role
As our Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for building brand awareness, increasing guest traffic, and strengthening the restaurant’s presence in Abu Dhabi’s competitive dining and nightlife scene.
From social media storytelling to event promotions and influencer collaborations, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand connects with its audience. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and managing engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) in Arabic and English
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns for special events, themed nights, brunches, and seasonal promotions
- Collaborating with influencers, bloggers, and media partners to boost brand exposure
- Supporting digital advertising campaigns and monitoring performance
- Coordinating promotional materials, menu launches, and branding updates
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities within Abu Dhabi’s hospitality sector
- Assisting with event marketing for private bookings, corporate gatherings, and VIP experiences
- Tracking campaign results and sharing insights for continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Arabic speaker (essential)
- Previous experience in restaurant, bar, hotel, or hospitality marketing in the UAE
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital engagement
- Creative thinker with strong writing and content creation skills
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s dining, nightlife, and luxury hospitality market
- Confident communicator who can work closely with management and external partners
- Flexible and able to support marketing activities during special events when required
