We’re currently looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager (UPDA A/B Certified) to join our construction team in Qatar.
If you’re a Civil Engineer who enjoys leading projects, working closely with site teams, and seeing construction jobs through from start to finish, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
As our Project Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for managing civil construction projects from planning right through to handover. You’ll work closely with engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to make sure everything runs smoothly on site.
Your role will involve coordinating people, schedules, materials, and budgets while keeping a close eye on quality and safety. You’ll also provide regular updates to management and help solve any challenges that come up along the way.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys being involved in day-to-day site activities and driving projects forward.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing construction projects from start to completion
• Planning timelines, manpower, and materials
• Coordinating with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients
• Supervising daily site activities and ensuring work follows drawings and specifications
• Monitoring progress, quality, and productivity
• Making sure safety standards and company policies are followed
• Reviewing project documents, drawings, and BOQs
• Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports
• Controlling costs and supporting budgeting activities
• Solving site issues and providing technical guidance when needed
• Leading meetings and keeping communication clear between all teams
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and handed over successfully
What We’re Looking For
• UPDA A/B Certification (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Previous experience working as a Project Manager in construction
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of civil works, planning, and cost control
• Confident communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong focus on quality and safety
