We’re looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Admin to join our team and help keep our office running smoothly. If you’re someone who enjoys handling day-to-day office tasks, communicating with people, and staying on top of details, this role could be a great fit for you.
About the Role
As an Office Admin, you’ll play an important part in supporting daily office operations. You’ll be the go-to person for handling calls, managing documents, coordinating schedules, and assisting both management and HR with administrative work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take care of daily office activities and coordination
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general communication
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and records
- Maintain proper filing systems and office documentation
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks
- Manage office supplies and keep inventory updated
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in an Office Admin or Admin Assistant role
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- A professional, organized, and positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
