We’re looking for a dependable and well-organized Office Administration professional to join our team. If you’re comfortable handling everyday office tasks, working with documents, and supporting colleagues and management, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll help keep the office running smoothly by managing paperwork, assisting with basic billing and invoicing, and supporting daily administrative work. You’ll also coordinate with different departments to ensure everything stays organized and on track.
What We’re Looking For
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, and quotation preparation
- Ability to manage office documents and handle data entry
- A helpful attitude and willingness to support the office team and management
Your Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing bills, invoices, and quotations
- Maintain and organize office files and records
- Support day-to-day office administration tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments when needed
